RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned  with all packaging and tags attached and must be in original purchase condition, not used or worn. In other words, as perfect as it was when you got it. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process the return of any incomplete sets.               

Regular Purchases
Return within 7 days from the shipment date for a full refund. Return within 14 days for store credit. After 14 days, the merchandise becomes FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will not be able to process any orders received past the final shipping date. 

Gift Purchases
Gift recipients may return the gift in the original gift packaging within 15 days from the shipment date in order to receive store credit. Curated gift boxes are subject to an “all or none” return policy. If you would like to return your curated gift, you must send back the entire set. If you are returning a gift, you must fill out and send back the gift return form that was enclosed in your gift package. The form ensures that you will receive an e-gift card via email. 
  • You may not use your gift credits to purchase a gift for someone else.
  • Gift add-ons (rose boxes, chocolates, gift cards and sibling gifts) are not returnable.

All products marked down by 15% or more are final sale.                                    Sibling gifts will not be sent with sale purchases.
Due to the nature of the product, all Mustela products (baby shampoo and lotion) are final sale.
Cradle and Kids is in NO WAY responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.
Return package are the customers responsibility.
